Licensing for PDL

I live in Wisconsin and can't seem to find anything about licensing for payday loan companies. I just ripped up my agreement this morning, which I regret and don't want to dig through the garbage for it. Anyone know about it? I've tried the attorney general, better business bureau, and googled it.

wisconsin does not have a interest rate cap, but they do require
