It depends upon the company how they will react if you are unable to send anything. In most cases, they will overlook your request and go ahead with the legal procedures. But, you can bring the whole situation under control if you can send a small payment for the time being. Give them the assurance that you will send larger payments after your financial situation improves. This will be much beneficial for you in the long run instead of going through court orders.
