I cannot find the two fax numbers for those 2 lenders, and they are not wanting to give them out to me.

Do you wish to request them for an itemized statement of the loan taken(if any)? If yes, you should send your request in writing through certified mail with return receipt requested. This way, you will ensure not only its delivery you will also have the green copy mentioning the date they received your request. You will be able to cover most of the legal grounds if the company is unwilling to send the info.
