Wish I could do that - I get flustered , mad and upset when collection department start calling me especially Beneficial - T&C sent them their proposal this week. I'm going to tell the person who calls that you are not in the debt management office you are in collections so How do you know they didn't get the proposal and you will be getting a payment from T&C next week. I hope I can go through with this any other suggestions?
