Rio Resources is stealing money from my account

I took out a $300 loan and have already paid $550. They say I still owe $337 to pay my loan off!! This should be illegal -- I'm not againt paying interest but this is stealing! If I close my account and don't pay the remaining $337, do they have a leg to stand on to post it on my credit?

Have you asked the company to send you a debt validation of your account?
You should get a financial statement from the company showing the complete break up of the amount. This will prove that the money sent by you has been going to your debt account only.
Do you have all the receipts of your payments made? These are vital proofs of your hard work and you should take some legal advice also.
