Can anyone tell me about Accounts Receivable Tech

Accounts Receivable is now holding the debts of the consumers which were previously handled by Ellis Crosby. Unlike before, these people are very understanding and explain everything about your debt very nicely.

I have heard that these people will accept your payment plans and will not bother you in between. So, if your debt is with them, arrange a payment plan and request them to update your info with the credit bureaus. I hope it works out for you.

I haven't heard of this company BUT please please don't call them, send a certified letter asking for validation of the debt so that you know exactly what you owe and why. You don't want a computer print out but actual bills, payment history, account balance, amount of interest being charged and so on. If they can validate, then send a certified letter negotiating the account(s) with them before agreeing to anything. Don't sign your name on the bottome just put your PRINTED name with address and account no. NO phone nos. Your negotiating of the account could simply be that they delete after payment is made in full or they remove derogratory statements about the account on your credit reports and they state it is paid as agreed.
