It's the same story with most of us. However, since you are experiencing this new, we might be able to offer you some guidance. I tried to solve this problem by first closing my bank account. My bank was not letting me to close the account until all the charges are cleared with them. Your bank might also insist to pay the dues before closing the account. You should take this step first and stop the companies from doing further debits in your account.
Once everything is brought under control, start contacting your lenders and explain your financial problems. Some of the lenders are easier in working with your arrangements but some need to be negotiated hard. They will ultimately accept your proposal as you are willing to clear their accounts. Do all your correspondences with the company in writing so that you have proof of your efforts.
A consultant will call you shortly after doing the registration in this website. Talk to him about your accounts and he will offer further assistance. You will hear many others going through similar problems. Don't feel sad about it. Keep in touch with us. You will find easier ways to handle this matter.
