Hi to all,

As you know we have started a new forum for payday loan and might merge few forums together to keep it simple. Moderators play a very important role in forum management. Our moderators are pillars to our community. As a community we appreciate all their hard work and help.

At times we get queries about moderation/moderator policies and we feel its the right time to frame one. We request Polly to take the initiative in framing a fresh set of guidelines for moderators and moderations.

Please help Polly with your suggestions.

Thank you,
Vikas

Please give me your feedback. My thoughts are going in the direction of writing a mission statement for our moderators. Any objections or affirmations to this idea? If you like this idea give me some key points that you feel should be included. If you do not like the mission statement idea, tell me what you would like to see.

Polly-I think a mission statement is a great idea! I also think it's time to set the guidelines and duties of a moderator. We have so many people here now and growing daily. When I joined there were only about 25,000 or so. i also think combining some of the topics and a payday loan topic is a great idea. Best of luck- and welcome back Polly-missed ya girlie :D Karen

I think moderators have a hard job. I was one on another forum before. You have to be impersonal about almost everything you do and be so careful of how you post each word. It's very stressful.

What are the set guidelines now for being a moderator. What are the rules now?
