I need help on the large number of payday loans.

I am not sure of the official website of Town & Country. You can look for them in the internet and call their customer care cell.

You will be able to devote more time in the counseling if you have the names of your creditors, their phone numbers, account numbers, balances, interest rates and required minimum monthly payments for each account readily available. If you have the recent statements, it will be more than helpful.

It is necessary that you give the accurate information about your accounts. The creditors might object including any of the accounts in the program if it is inaccurate.

The intital number to call for Town & Country is
1-800-***-**** then they take some information and then transfer you to a person at Town & Country. They are very, very nice and have a very easy and affordable plan for each person. Brooke is my counselor and she has been great so far. Brooke stated that they have contracts with most payday loan places. The intial fee is $155.00 and once you complete the program you get refunded the $155.00. As soon as you receive your paperwork and look it over and sign and send or fax it back, then the program begins.

I just received a call from Apple fast cash. Not sure if anyone has dealings with them or not. First, they called me at work after I sent the cease and desist from calling my place of work. I explained that I was in the town and country program and he said, we don't take that. I called town and country and she said that Apple will get back what I owe and that it does not discount the amount. They just stop the fees from growing. I called him back and left a message of what town and country told me. She told me to just tell him it will be taken care of. I also left in the message that he could call town and country if he had questions. I hope that was ok because they are waiting my my retainer fee that I am sending western union on Wednesday. The gal from town and country mentioned that I don't want this to end up at a DA's office. Could and would that happen?

Apple fast cash is not aware of the fact that you have included the account in the consolidation program with Town & Country. They are worried about getting their money back from you.

Once the company receives payments from your consolidators for a couple of months, they might stop calling you further. In the meantime, tell Apple Fast Cash that you are surely sending the money and get the calls stopped till it reaches that point of time.

It is possible for a payday loan lender to take legal actions but they won't take any after they have received money from you. Keep in touch with your lenders so that you are informed about their activities.

I left apple two messages after hanging up with Town and Country. I told him numerous times that they will be paid the amount I owe. Do you think this is good enough or should I send them something (small payment) to "hold them over" for my program to start. It wouldn't start till Wednesday when they get my western union (the retainer fee)

I suggest you to do your correspondence with Apple in writing. Send it through certified mail with return receipt requested. You will be able to prove your part of the story later.

Wait until Wednesday before it becomes urgent to advance some money.

I called apple back and asked for a validation letter. They said what is that. Oh, we don't send anything like that out. They seem very nice and willing to work with me. But, don't I need a validation letter or summary of my account???

Creditors won't send you debt validation because it is restricted to collection agencies only. However, they should send you an itemized statement of the account requested by you.

I asked for a summary when he did not know what I was talking about and he said we don't send anything like that out. He went over my account on the phone and I wrote as he spoke. Hmmmmm?

He also said he was not aware of the cease and desist calls to work and appologized for that. I asked him if I could make payments and he said yes but then went on and was trying to tell me how to get my back to wave the nsf fees I was charged to bring my account back to a positive. I suppose he is getting at trying to do another ach. I blocked everybody and glad I did it now.

Keep a check with your bank also so that you can prevent the NSF charges.

I got a little freaked out by town and country saying don't let your loans end up at the DA's office. I really had to center myself and re-focus after that one. I reminder myself that the payday loans that I have are two weeks late in payment maybe one or two it's a month late.

Word to anyone out there having the same difficulty. Don't wait around for the siutation to escalate. Get yourself into a program to pay these people off or it could get ugly if you "just avoid them". I check my bank account every day. Habit I suppose. I will have my account into a positive amount by the end of the month and I am still asking for a new checking account number. Meanwhile, I have my paycheck directly deposited into my savings so I can move money around as needed.

Two more days until Town and Country gets their retainer fee. I can't wait to get this ball rolling. I put Cash Today Limited into the pot of people to pay. I am interested to see if they accept this program. I will let you know who gives town and country a hard time as I will be following this very closely.

Do not take a payday loan at any cost. It is better to face the times of crisis rather than taking a payday loan. It multiplies the pain largely if you are unable to make payments in the next payday.

If your near and dear ones can help in anyway, it will be great. But do not visit a payday loan site. They destroy the financial management system of an individual.
