Can anyone help me? I'm a single mother of 3. I made the mistake of taking out a "payday loan" too many! My credit is awful-late cc payments, 1 repo; I've been denied from various banks who claim to help those with bad credit. I'm late on my car note and my check from yesterday is already gone from having the payday loans EFT'd from my bank account.

I make enough money but made the mistake of using the "payday" service. I need 1 monthly payment to pay these people off.

A consultant will be calling you shortly for discussing on your debt accounts. He will combine all your bills into one single payment and offer you a lower pay off. A consolidation program can be an option for you because all the accounts will be brought current and you will be able to pay them at lower interest rates. Besides, most of the financial charges and late fees can also be waived off.

Send all your monthly payments under the plan and your credit will start improving gradually. Never take a payday loan in the future because it never helps. Instead, the financial problems are elongated.

Go through this forum and you will find many others in similar situation, including myself. We are trying to fix our problems after hearing from others. You will relate yourself with someone at this point and anticipate your future.

Thanks to those who replied. I've been reading around everyone elses stories and find it amazing how many are in the same boat as me.

I already sent a fax to my bank to change my account #'s - 1 step.

I'm collecting payday info to contact them myself, explain my situation and make arrangements. Otherwise I've received a few calls from credit counseling places (need to research this some more).

Hi wedwards

Your id shows the registration done on 31st March. Someone might have called you during that time and you missed it. Try to submit your contact info at the sign up page again. The consultant will receive your contact info for counseling. Use a different email address as the previous one is already there in the system. It won't let you sign up.

I need help dealing with online payday loans...
I have contacted a few consolidation places and was told that NO ONE deal with payday loans... can someone suggest a few places for me.
I have many payday loans as i got caught in a cycle and used one to pay another after I lost my job.
I have been slowly paying them off but I have had several collectors or agents call and threaten me and I am not sure what to do. Can I use a consolidation JUST for one or 2 credit cards and payday loans?

Does anyone know the process that will be taken before litigation starts. I can not pay these all at one time and of cource that is what everyone is demanding. Before they went bad, I was paying all of these and then my check book got stolen. My account was closed, and many of them do not have legit contact numbers so they could not be contacted, so I started getting calls.
I do not have too much other debt now as I have working to pay off debt. but I do not have good credit so I am not sure how to approach this... how
to take care of it and stop the calls.
When i get calls should i then ask for validation or shold a ask for it now?
This is all overwhelming...
Please help any that you can!
Thanks kristi

It feels better to realize that I am not alone. However, I realize that I need help getting out of this sink hole. Similiar to everyone else, I had one loan which led to another and led to another. As it is, my paycheck barely covers the interest/finance charges that are being assessed every two weeks. I would like to consolidate these numbers PDL loans into one payment that will not leave me gathering change each payday. BUT...my husband is active duty and any "negative" financial actions (collections, garnishments) could impact him at work so I have to be extremely cautious of what I do. Can anyone offer any guidance? I did a quick tabulation, and if I continue to pay down these loans per their prescribed guidelines, I will have paid over $10K by the first of the year! This is hard earned money being thrown away and I want it to stop! Thanks for your help and support!

hi, i found this forum by googling for a pdl company (international cash services) and i found so many different experiences. I was also wondering if maybe the forum would ever have a search feature so we could search a topic based on a few words, there is so much info and i am glad for it, but a search engine feature to find all the different threads would be nice too

I am glad that I don't feel alone as well. At least I have someone I can talk to about PDL's. I am working hard to get rid of them as we speak. It is just taking longer than I expected.

But you can (and will) get rid of PDL's. At least I believe that. I have paid two of them off and is currently working on a third. I am sick and tired of my paycheck going towards getting rid of these debts.
