Credit Card - Chexsystems --- PLEASE HELP

Can you get a credit card in chexsystems? I have a savings account and use green dot for my checking account (not a real check account but i use it's routing info to pay bills and such). Any advise is greatly appreciated!!! I'm trying to rebuild credit but i seem stuck by chexsysems
Credit cards are based on your credit score.so you should be oka
