Bank on San Francisco

The following banks in the San Francisco area are allowing people on Chex and with some lessor identification to open checking accounts. The link at the bottom of the page takes you to the information. The arrangements probably are different at each bank but there are a lot of options here. Most likely since this was a proposal brought forth by the Mayor of San Francisco this type of thing will be encouraged by Mayors of other big cities.
