Worst banks - do they have any complaints?

I think this is a great post....however, I am disappointed to see that Yahoo labeled it as Worst/Best Banks based on OCC complaints. What they dont tell you is any information on the nature of some of the complaints.
I work for one of the banks on this list, and ironically, I sit on a committee that analyzes and categorizes OCC complaints every month.
Most people arent aware, but any complaints made to the OCC are forwarded to the bank in question...any. I have seen complaints range from "you wont force pay my bounced checks" to "I dont like the fact that you dont have a branch on Main street". All of the complaints are "counted" by the OCC and we have to respond to them all in some fashion.
Again, not discounting the post and not saying that all banks are perfect and dont screw up, but keep an open mind when thinking "wow!" those are a lot of complaints! Too bad they didnt list how many were actually resolved :)

my credit union is not good at all, they have huge fees and nickle and dime me. i had great luck with commerce bank but not so much when they turned into td bank.
