Help got approved with BOA with two items on my chex systems

How long has the BOA account been opened? Also, who is the second chance account with? I can certainly understand getting behind and not being able to get it straight. So many of us live pay check to pay check, so overdraft fees can sometimes be an impossibility.

I do not believe that you would have problems with your account being closed as long as the account stays in good standing. Anything is possible with a bank that uses chexsystems.

You definitely have the right idea when you said maybe direct deposit part of the money (if this is possible) Banks definitely trust customers much more if they have direct deposit and the chance of closure is less IMHO.

Fidelity may be another place that you might want to consider. People seem to be having good luck with them.

-they use Compliance Data Center, Inc. (CDC)..if you have a chexsystems report or any report that indicates fraud on it, the account may be closed at a later time due to CDC
