Closing Bank Account for a undocumented person

One of my clients asked me one day if she would have any problems closing a bank account at Bank of America? If she is undocumented? She opened her account with a mexican passport and a matricula does anyone have an idea if she will have a problem closing her account it's her money?

I don't think she will have any problem closing her account with Bank of America. However, I think that she should first pull out all her money from her account and then apply for closure.
