Right to Set Off

BOA has taken $900.00 out of our personal bank account to pay a business credit card. We have been barely making ends meet and we are finally starting to make some payments to creditors (we are in critical financial shape) and now they are bouncing those checks we wrote to other creditors and charging us $35.00 for each NSF ( I wrote almost ten checks). They wont listen and don't seem to care... What can we do?\
