BofA Overdrawn and time limit

I have a BofA account that is overdrawn due to unauthorized payday transactions. I have initiated a dispute with BofA Electronic Claims. How long do you have from the initial date of overdraft to correct the NSF balance (if BofA decides to side with the PDL)?

It's 120 days from the first date of overdraft. Go to your branch and talk to the manager. They seem to work with people if you let them know what's going on!
