BofA refuses to refund any NSF fees that they assessed on my checking account due to ameriloan violating the ACH revocation agreement 3 times. That is ten NSF fees @ $35. I can't afford this. What do I do?

ameriloan ceased all activity after I contacted the Tulsa BBB. But now I have to take them on.
