Unauthorized dispute from BofA resulting in negative $4000.00

I recently called BofA and initiated a dispute on several debits that were taken from Illegal PDL companies. The employee that took the dispute and iniated the claim also iniated a seperate claim on the credits made from these companies which resulted in 3830.00 of credits in all being reversed back to these illegal PDL companies. Since I had paid them through the debits and the bank reversed the deposits the companies have now been overpaid a total of 3830.00 and my BofA account is negative 3830.00.
I contacted BofA and challanged why the rep submitted a claim for the credits resulting in the reversals and of course they couldn't answer and said they would dispute the dispute and get back to me. A week later my account is still negative and the illegal PDL companies are refusing to refund me the overpayment knowing there is nothing I can really do other then write a bunch of letters and make a bunch of complaints.
I have written a very demanding letter to BofA disputes department demanding a reversal of the credits and closure of my account as well as the approval of the claim on the debits that I did submit as restitution for the stress that this situation has caused me. I advised them if not done in 10 days I will write the CEO of BofA.
What other recourses should I take? I did not authorize or initiate a dispute on the credits just the debits.

If you have not authorized BofA for the credits, you can legally
If you have not authorized BofA for the credits, you can legally sue them to recover the money. In fact you should file a complaint against BofA with the FTC.
