Check system / Telecheck

no question is stupid. anyway, from my understanding, the loans are not reported to chexsystem or telecheck, but they may be report to teletrac. will someone correct me if i'm wrong?

These places can be very sneaky. Some of them will report defaulted loans to Teletrack, there is one that is very sneaky. They will report an unpaid debt/bad check to telecheck and they will not report any information to Telecheck -- only that there is money owed to them. This will bar you from writing a check at any Telecheck merchant. Telecheck will tell you when you call that they don't have the debt just information from the creditor (payday loan). I went through the ringer with these loan places and have had to clean every CRA report (the big 3 and specialty CRA) just to rid myself of these blackmarks.

I almost forgot that some will access Debit Bureau which is Efunds (Chex) newest product.
