Dang chex ..verified but no proof when ask for ! Firing up 2n dletter

So I dispute a Bank with chex and ask for signatures bearing my name etc.. 2 banks are listed TAB and another bank.. TAB verified. Other bank they said it was verified but provided no paper work no nothing and I asked them for paperwork or DELETE it!

I generally do not recommend using the dispute form that they provide. More people seem to be removed when disputing with a sample letter sent certified mail http://www.chexsystemsdisputes.com/Sample_Letters.html
