CHEXSYSTEMS not sending my report. Live Number anyone?

I need some help. I ordered 2 reports from Chex systems for me and my fiance. They sent my finance hers but they have not sent mines. Idid multiple request maybe 2 or 3 times but still nothing. Both our reports went to the same address..

What can I do? I tried contacting them but I cant get through to a live #. Does anyone have their number to a live person? I heard that it is on the copy of your chex report but I no longer have my fiance chex report. Why are they not sending mines?


The number is (800) 513-7125 and after you choose the option to hear the message in english, press option #7 and you WILL be connected to a live person. After you hit #7, you get a long message pertaining to if you have your report on hand, it then sounds like you might have been disconected, but you aren't, it rings and then you are connected. Hope it helps you!
