Wesbanco will report you to chexsystems at some point if they haven't already. When dealing with a bank that uses chexsystems like Chase bank, anything is possible if they were to realize that you were reported to chexsystems but as long as your accoutn stays in good standing, I really don't believe this will happen. Once you are reported to chexsystems, I would make sure you start ordering checks from a non-deluxe company only just to be safe.

Also, yes I would try to work out a payment arrangement that includes Chexsystems removal - or at the very least an entry update that shows the account charges were paid and no abuse or fraudulent activity is reported.
