I've read previous posts saying that Clarke American is affiliated with Chex. I was just made aware that Clarke American is now called Harland Clarke. Do you think this new name is affiliated with Chex or Deluxe?

As far as I know, M & F Worldwide Corp. conducts its operations through its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, Harland Clarke Holding. However, it's difficult to tell you whether or not they will support Harland Clark's debt.
