Can banks take your money to cover negative balances after you have filed bankruptcy?
You mean, can the bank expect you to satisfy your overdraft afte
You mean, can the bank expect you to satisfy your overdraft after you have filed bk? Did you include the overdraft as a debt in the BK and was it discharged?
