yes I know and Early Warning Services is much HARDER to deal with when it comes to filing a dispute. They are almost impossible and are not concerned with the FCRA. Much worse than chexsystems.

Suntrust/EWS
I was reported to ChexSystems 3 years ago. I opened an account at Suntrust via the online chat. I got a letter from Suntrust that was dated the day after I opened the account stating they couldn't keep the account opened because of information from EWS. Does information stay on Chexsystems for 5 years? How long does the information stay on EWS?

ChexSystems should remove after 5 years. If the report is not removed, simply send them a letter and let them know that it has been 5 years and to please remove.
As far as Early Warning Services, they really do not give any real information to us so far. The report can not be there any longer than 7 years, the same as any credit reporting agency.
