E-Trade Savings?

I have heard E-Trade uses Chex for checking accounts but do they use it for Savings accounts? I want to open up a savings account and I already have an Employee Stock account with them. Thanks!


I don't know enough about the chexsystem to know how to answer this. I have however been interested in the etrade. I see it on television and wonder if it would be lucrative or not. I would like to do some of the online stock and trading but only know enough to loose money and I can not afford that. I see on the news where now is a good time to invest your money because of the recession that is going to happen. Does anyone know where there is a simple guide on how to learn about online trading? To me it is almost like online gambling, your money could be lost very quickly. I would appreciate any guidance anyone has on this subject.
