Can an item reappear on check systems again after it was removed and what if it does is there anything anybody can do?
I have a friend that removed a derogatory in check systems and now appear again what can she do?

Was it initially removed as the result of a dispute or the expir
Was it initially removed as the result of a dispute or the expiration of the 5 year reporting period? Is anything being reported on TU, EX or EQ as well? Has she ordered her Chex Systems report? If not, here is the link to Chex official site:

Was she informed by Chex that the deragatory was being re-inserted? They are bound by the FCRA just like the Big 3 and must notify a consumer within 5 days of a re-insertion of a previously deleted tradeline.
