I am a small business owner. I decided to switch banks and open a new business checking account at the same bank my home mortgage is in. I opened it in August 2009 with a branch manager "Paul" who noted on my acct. that all deposits I made would be live and funds available immediately. Today I requested a 30 day acct. history to be printed while making my deposit. I had 29 nsf fees at $33.00 each deducted from my acct. from 5/10/10 to 6/10/10. I sat down to speak with a branch manager who told me "live" deposits had a one day hold and that the original manager Paul no longer worked there. She would not remove any of the fees even though she saw what the original manager noted on the acct. I went home and called the main branch of this bank and found out that she removed the original notes from my account with the promise of my live deposits. I dont know where to go from here?

You should probably start with filing a complaint with the CEO/headquarters (be sure to cc the branch manager at your local branch) Send the complaint certified mail, and also file a complaint with the OCC

every time I go to your link for non-chex banks it brings up ChexSystem Victims and in there lists banks that are non-chex system and chex system alike so how do we know which one? It list BofA first but BofA uses chex system. Am I not looking at the right place? I saw another email where you told someone to look at the second page. I don't see a second page?

Can you just send me the banks via email to personal email deleted as per TOS Thanks.

Please try going to this link. This will take you to a list of Non-Chexsystems banks and it is broken down by state. I have used this link before to try and find something in my area where I can open a business account.

This is also a VERY good forum which I have found to be VERY helpful since I was reported to Chex in mid 2009.
