You may contact the bank and have them call in order to get your name removed from the chexsystems. Also, you need to file a dispute and it should fall off if they can not verify it.

You would need to go to the bank that is reporting you and dispute it with them. Have them show you a signature card that you were in fact on the account. Were you perhaps a signer on someone elses account? If the bank cannot prove it was yours, I would demand a letter from them...a copy of that should be sent directly to Chexsystems.
