I just heard on the news today that National City Corp might be looking for potential buyers due to the high rate of mortgage foreclosures.

Two of the potential buyers are Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group INC., and Toronto-based Bank of Nova Scotia.

yes unfortunately not good news for my husband since he works for National City Mortgage. The good news is that PNC does not have a mortgage company and they will be keeping a great deal of the National City employees
