Negative checking account.

I am currently in the negative on my checking account and have been for the past month or so due to a furlough I went through at work for two weeks and it threw me ff completely. Im trying to get the money to pay off the 600 dollars. I could have it done in two weeks. But the problem is that there giving me a week from today to come up with it. If I dont they said they would put out a warrant for my arrest and repo my car. I have an auto loan with them as well. Im not behind whatsoever on this loan and have been less than 30 days late once. I am assuming they are using it as collateral. But im confused to why I would be arrested for this. Can someone please explain?

It is Boeing Wichita Credit Union, but just recently changed there name to Meritrust Credit Union due to rapid expansion outside of Wichita. I did contact them and this is what they told me. I tried to negotiate payments but they said they weren't going to because they were "tired". Whatever that means.
