hopefully this is a simple question. I had a check returned for NSF, I've never had that happen before and it was basically a math mistake on my part. ANyway, my bank returned the check and charged me a fee, I called the bank and they refunded the fee since my account has been well managed. A few days later day the check was redeposited and cleared just fine. Heres my question the check was made out to Schnucks ( grocery store) will I no longer be able to write checks there?

You should be fine...I've done this before (unfortunately) and as long as the check clears you should be able to write checks to merchants. Had the check not cleared the second time then the grocery store would have sent it to collections and they would have contacted you to take care of it. during that time you might not be able to write checks. But after the check is paid off you can write checks again...this is my experience anyway.

I had a check returned for NSF, only because my deposit did not post before the check did. What happens now? Will it automatically be resubmitted for a 2nd attempt?
