I faxed my app. yesterday. Called today. Did my deposit over the phone and was given my account # and routing # over the phone and I just signed up for online banking my deposit is already in there. They said my card would be sent out tomorrow. This seems like a great bank to deal with!

STEP 2 ???????? Fund Your Account
The BEST way to fund your account on a regular basis is by Direct Deposit of your paycheck. With Direct Deposit, you????????ll get Online Bill Pay for FREE.

+ Direct Deposit Request Use this form to notify your employer (or other source) to begin placing deposits in your new account automatically.

The FASTEST ways to get your account funded and started are found below:

STEP 3 ???????? Access Your Account
Setting up your Online Banking Account has never been so easy. Go to our homepage. On the Secure Login section in the top left corner of the page, you will see boxes for your User ID and Password. This is where you will enter that information, once you have set up your Online Banking Account. To set up your Online Banking Account click on the First Time User link below the User ID box. Then enter the requested information to verify your identity, and then choose a User ID and Password. Then use that User ID and Password to log into your account.

To order checks for your account, just call our customer service department at 800-355-3063. A customer service representative will order your checks for you. You can go to Harland.net to see the different styles of checks you can order. The cost of checks, which varies depending on the style, start as low as $10 for 150 checks. Delivery takes about two weeks.

After avoiding checking accounts for over 2 years, I have applied for this one. I guess we'll see what happens. My credit union pulls credit reports for their accounts, and that's what stopped me from getting a checking account with them. The fine print on the application you sign for this account also says a credit report will be pulled. :?
