Refund deposit

Hello. I hope I am posting this in the right place. Question, I have a levy on my bank account that I am in the process of working out. I want to file my taxes and was wondering if I could have the money deposited in my girlfriends bank account. Or will there be a problem with the creditors coming after that money. I want to e-file to speed up the process.

I am not sure if you can direct deposit a tax refund into an account without your name being on it. I know that you cannot take the actual check and deposit it into someone elses account. I also know that depending on the creditors they can get your money before it is even deposited to you, esp if you owe the government
If your name is not in the account they won't deposit the funds.
If your name is not in the account they won't deposit the funds. My brother had a similar situation and he ended up receiving a check instead of direct deposit.
