Regions Bank in GA
First of all I just want to say that this site is one of the best for all types of financial information. I want to thank everyone for their posts because it does help someone else that may be facing the same situation as you.
I would like to know if anyone has any info regarding Regions Bank, specifically in GA. They seem to be a smaller bank, like a community bank.

As far as chexsystems is concerned, most of the time Regions will deny you if you have been reported. Over the years I have heard of a few people here and there that were able to get accounts. Where exactly do you live bebeisis?

I am friends with a regions bank manager.She personally opened my account.They lost a deposit I made thru night
drop.I ended up overdrafted,and they reported me to good old
chexsystems.My friend could not get me pulled out of Chex.
Fortunately,because my son's bad experience I always keep
at least 2-3 banks and credit union accounts.
I opened an account with USAA recently,you must be mi
litary or retired.I also opened a checking account with Suntrust online with no hassles.I live in Floridaalso.Mercantile
Banks have 2nd chance accounts,but byou must go bin to see manager..
