telecheck and chexsystems

does anyone know of any LEGAL banks that do not use telecheck and chexsystems and does anyone know if you can include chexsystems in bankruptcy?

Ellen,?? have you checked out Mca's link above for state by state Banks/credit unions that don't use chexystems?
