Telecheck Questions

Hello, I recieved my telecheck report and it showed that Wal Mart reported me twice for bounced checks but that they were paid.
It also shows that I was declined from writing checks in the past but never any reason why.
What does this mean? If it is reported as paid, I thought I was in the clear?

It is really hard to say why they decined your check if it was taken care of. There are so many random reasons that Telecheck will send a decline to a merchant.

thanks - it was weired because i had money in there to cover it,
