How do creditors find out who you bank with. Are they able to just put your social security number into a system and it gives a list of all bank accounts?
Nope....they just sent out
Nope....they just sent out copies of the lien/judgment to all small banks/credit unions in your area and all the major banks. It is basically a crap shoot.
