What is the lowest monthly payment anyone has been able to neogiate to repay an over drawn account? I have an overdrawn account- which I want to repay back- some my fault, some is the fault of an PDL taking $ when I was not aware- until it was way too late.

There is no way to really know that. It depends on the bank itself and the amount owed.
