Integra Bank?

I've been on Chexsystems for a few years now and have a Probity (now defunct) checking account which was handed over to a bank in Missouri. It would be handy to have a local bank right now, so I applied online and got a screen saying they couldn't approve me online because of Chexsystems but that I should print that page and take it into a branch and they could open an account for me. I've heard they will open an account for anyone as long as their report is more than a year old, and I know a lot of people are happy with them as a bank. I also tried Old National and got something similar. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me for sure before I go in person and try.
