To the MOD I know your not a bank. I contacted MCA on her other website that gives you a list of banks who dont use Chex Systems. She never replied and I cant get hold of her through there so I posted here since I know she is active here.

So Once again MCA if your reading this which I'm sure you are, can you help me get a list of banks who dont use chex system in TN area please

The best option in your area would be an account at Renasant Bank. As long as you have never owed Renasant any money they will for sure help you there
