I am a tourist and want to open a bank account here. please lemme know how.
if you can show address proof there are few that will open an ac
if you can show address proof there are few that will open an acount for you. also you will have to show docs like passport ,driving licence etc .

You might want to check out a pre-paid card as an option as well
