Does anyone know how to deal with a freeze that was put on my checking account by child Support Services for a month and US Bank would not let me make payments, add to my account now close the account. USB let several bills go thru and so it looks like it was overdrawn. USB charged me 1400.00 in fees and overdraft charges for the month and now they have sent it to a collection agency.

You can start by filing the following complaints

1.I would defintely write a letter to the corporate headquarters ..send the letter to the CEO if possible ... explain your story and how you feel as if you are being treated unfairly etc. This has helped many

3. WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE OCC...GENERALLY THIS WILL GET THE BANKS ATTENTION VERY FAST !!! THEY DO NOT LIKE COMPLAINTS FROM THE OCC.
