What to Say to Bank

Hi, I recently had my account closed at Bank of America for suspected fraud. i paid off all debts, but they would not remove the Chexsystems hold, and after several letters to Chexsystems, they refused to as well.
I recently wrote a letter directly to the bank. I received a voicemail from a Bank representative. Any advice on things to say and be mindful of?
