what can a cash advance company do when you dont pay

A company doing the fair business in a state knows the legal ways of recovering money from the defaulted person.

The lender will take the person to the court and the judge will do a wage garnishment if the plaintiff wins the case. There are other ways also by which the lender will try to recover their money. In a rare case, assets are evaluated and money is recovered from the sale of goods.

Not to scare you, this is a general comment. You will find a way out before the problem gets adverse. Are you having problems with a cash advance company?
