new bankruptcy laws?

ive looked into bankruptcy and i know about the new laws and such for chap 7.i was just confused about the medium income guidelines and the means test.i am 30,000 below medium income guidlines for my state and family size ? is will i automatically be eligible for chap 7?just wondering becasue all the online means test tell u to stop at that point of test if ur below guidelines.

Do the calculation as suggested in the link and see if you qualify in the means test. Your monthly disposable income has to be less than $100 to get the means test. It can be stretched to $166.66 at the maximum. After that chapter 7 is impossible.
