Ch 13 not able to fulfill

I have multiple issues - a chapter 13 from 7.75 years ago that keeps surfacing. I just had a judgement awarded against me for ~$7000 in which I cannot possibly pay. They are threatening to come in and take goods, garnish etc. I attempted to pay on it but they kept hanging up on me.
To further complicate a business dealing has started out rough with ~3 vendors filing suit. Dates are coming up, if they come in and take property I cannot make a business happen, feed my kids, etc.

First things first - did you complete the plan for your Chapter
First things first - did you complete the plan for your Chapter 13 payments, or did you stop paying on it...or exactly what happened that it keeps resurfacing?
Is the $7000 judgement related to the bankruptcy, or is that something else?
