wrong bankrupcy petition filed

I went in to review my ch 7 petition on 22th oct the new seceraty did every thing wrong she state i was a business, wrong creditiors ect. i did all the corrections and hav a app oct 31 to sign the petition. i came home and got a letter from the courts stating they would cancel my petition on nov 6th if i dont submit doc credit counceling which the lawyer has. i never signed the petion and the secretart filed it with the courts the totally wrong one ,i guess by accident what's going to happen. can i correct it, what would this cause to my file. help please. i am freeking out now since everything was wrong she mixed up the files now the court have a crazy file that is not mine what to do.
