Be careful Irish. The NAF is basically set up to side with the creditor. Very few debtors win the dispute, more often than not, the arbitrator will side with the creditor. I personally would not do it. But that is just my opinion.

I know - I weighed the ods and since I am not getting anywhere by the usual means, I am not even getting andy response back from any of the e-mails that I have been sending. If they settle with the creditor then I am out what I over paid that I don't have now, but maybe I can at least get them to justify the amount of finance charges that theydebit out of peoples accounts.

You will also have to pay all costs, just as if they had taken you to court and you would've paid their attorney's fees and court costs, the same applies here.

I figure that they haven't responded to any of my other e-mails that they will ignor this one too. But with my luck this is the one that they will run with.
